DG Docs is a plugin that lets users save Outlook emails, files and attachments to SharePoint and Teams.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for your login credentials.

4. User responsibilities

Follow applicable laws, avoid prohibited content, use the platform lawfully and keep your own backups.

5. Privacy and data

Our Privacy Statement governs how we use data. Your files stay in Microsoft services, and Microsoft's own terms also apply.

6. Intellectual property

DG Docs owns its software and branding. You keep ownership of your content and license it to us only as needed to provide the service.

7. Subscriptions and payment

Free and paid plans exist. Payments are handled by a third-party provider, and fees are generally non-refundable.

8. Term and termination

These terms apply while you use the platform. Either party may end access, and you may lose stored content on termination.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

DG Docs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost data or profits.

11. Indemnification

You agree to cover DG Docs' losses and legal costs arising from your use of the platform or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
